REGISTRATION
- Sign up for free using your email address at IM Brent.
- Once you have registered, only one account can be linked to your email address and it cannot be changed.

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
- After signing up, you should validate your account by clicking the confirmation link sent to your email.
- Upload a copy of your government ID and proof of residence.
- Your account will then be verified after the IM Brent team validates your requirements.
- Note: If you have received an email that your requirements do not match your records, submit another government ID and proof of residence.

FORGOT PASSWORD
- Reset your password by entering your email for a password reset. Click on the link, reset your password, then login to the site with your new password.

CANNOT ACCESS ACCOUNT
- You need your email in order to access your account and in recovering it.
- If your account is not yet activated, kindly check your inbox for the activation email. If you have activated it before and still encountered this message, send us an email at support@imbrent.com or message us on Facebook.

HOW TO LIST PRODUCTS
- After signing in, click the Start Listing button on the right corner above the page.
- Follow the steps and fill in the required details, such as the photo, description, and price.
- Afterwards, click list.

HOW TO ACCEPT RENTAL REQUESTS
- After signing in, click your Profile then Listings. In the Rental Requests Manager, you can review all rental requests then click accept.

HOW TO CHECK ITEM BOOKINGS
- After signing in, check the Transaction Manager in your profile and view all bookings in the Accepted tab.

HOW TO WITHDRAW MY EARNINGS
- After logging in, go to your Dashboard and click Withdraw.
- Add your Paypal account and request for a withdrawal.
- Wait for IM Brent Admin's approval and then wait for PayPal to credit your account with the amount you requested.

HOW TO RENT ITEMS
- After signing in, go to Rent an item Now and search for the item you want to rent.
- After clicking the desired item, provide the dates you wanted to rent it then proceed to Book.
- Supply all the details needed then wait for the lister to approve the rental request.
- Note: Rental Insurance is not yet available.

HOW TO EDIT A LISTING?
- Proceed to Profile. Click on the 'My Rentals & Services.'
- Select the Rental or Service you wish to update and choose the edit button.
- Edit the details, photos, and other information as needed.
- Once done, click 'Update' - the Listing will be updated and saved.
SUPPORT TICKETS

WHO CAN FILE
- As a renter, you can file a dispute in the case that the item you received is in poor condition.
- As an owner, you can file a dispute if your item is damaged upon return.

HOW TO FILE
- After checking the received item and clicking the ‘Item Received’ button, answer No to the prompt:
- For renters: “Did you receive the item in good condition?”
- For owners: “Are you sure you received the item back in good condition?”
- The ticket will then be automatically generated.
- Note: The dispute (or support ticket) must be filed within 5 days of receiving the item.
- After checking the received item and clicking the ‘Item Received’ button, answer No to the prompt:

HOW TO RESOLVE
- Reply to Admin's Notice of Support Ticket within five (5) days.
- Coordinate the settlement agreement with the Owner or Renter.
- Notify IM Brent Admin of the settlement agreement.
- IM Brent Admin to adjust and credit fees to your account accordingly.
- Your account will reflect any adjusted fees once the transaction is complete.
- Note: In the event that Respondent fails to reply to Notice of Support Ticket within five (5) days, the total amount is credited to the Owner's account.

- If you did not file a dispute but received a support ticket, kindly contact us at support@imbrent.com or message us on Facebook.
REFERRALS

HOW TO REFER
- In your Dashboard, copy the link provided on your Personal Information.
- Share or post the link on your social media accounts and connections. Ask them to sign-up at IM Brent through that link.

COMMISSIONS
- You will earn a 2% commission for every transaction.
- Referral fees are only applicable on transactions on the first 30 days of registration.

Is there a guarantee?
When posting an item up for rent, you may opt to require a security deposit to cover the damages (should there be any!).

IM Brent only accepts the following payment methods:

- Paypal
Who handles the delivery and delivery fee?
The lender will handle all deliveries via its preferred courier. Before the transaction, both parties will be asked who will take care of the delivery fee and whether it will be charged to the lender or the renter. However, BOTH parties must agree on who will pay for the delivery fee. They could also opt for pick-up or a meet-up.
How much do lenders need to pay to use the service?
For every listing, lenders will be charged 9% of the rental fee.

Renting on IM Brent is as easy as 123! All you have to do is go on our website, look for the item you want to rent, and fill out the form accordingly! For more information, see How It Works.
How to edit a listing?
1.) Proceed to Profile. Click on the 'My Rentals & Services.'
2.) Select the Rental or Service you wish to update and choose the edit button.
3.) Edit the details, photos, and other information as needed.
4.) Once done, click 'Update' - the Listing will be updated and saved.
